Students who reached their reading goals during the first quarter this school year were encouraged to write graffiti all over a car!  The car was donated by one of our new community partners, Super Car Guys on West Street.  The 1979 car was parked on the grass in front of Lawrence during the week of October 17^th - 21^st.  Parents and students viewed the graffiti ridden heap at “Boogie on the Blacktop” before it was hauled away.  Thank you Super Car Guys for helping us celebrate reading successes!

o   Remind parents and students to use the crosswalk and sidewalk along Maple only.

o   All students remaining in or around the lot at 4:20 should be taken to the office.

o   Construction barriers to block east entrance off Maple and ½ of middle entrance.

o   Pre K parents park in Mayberry Parking Lot and walk on sidewalk to pick up children in the Pre K classroom.

o   K/1 parents park in Mayberry Parking Lot and walk on Maple sidewalk to pick up children in the Lawrence Parking Lot.

o   2/3 parents park in the tennis courts.

o   4/5 parents park in the vacant lot across the street, and students use the crosswalk.

o   One 4/5 teacher at middle entrance.
